Run Your Mouth 5K Run/Walk

Presented by Bristol Regional Speech and Hearing at the Rotary Shelter in Steele Creek Park, 4 Little Lane, Bristol, TN. The event offers in-person and virtual options and includes a short race for children.

The course uses the Steele Creek trail with an out and back section. Participants run or walk around the lake and through the park. The layout offers a main 5K distance and a shorter dash for younger participants.

• 3.1 Miles 5K Run or Walk
• 0.5 Miles Kid's Dash
• 3.1 Miles Virtual 5K

Registration opens 04/22/2026 and closes 06/30/2026. Registration fees are $25 for the 5K and virtual 5K, and $20 for the Kid's Dash. Virtual participants will not be eligible for awards but will receive the event t shirt. Post race amenities include access to a splash pad and Chick Fil A biscuits.
