Duchy an Dinas 5

Duchy an Dinas 5 is a new 5-mile mixed terrain running event taking place at the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery in Lostwithiel. The route is approximately 90% trail, featuring an elevation gain of around 1100 ft. Participants will enjoy scenic views as they run through the valley, past Restormel Castle, and into Restormel woods, before returning to the nursery.

The event has a minimum age requirement of 18 years and offers a generous 2-hour cut-off time. A portion of the entry fees will be donated to Mind Cornwall, and the event promotes a cupless approach, encouraging sustainability. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
