Duchy an Dinas 5

Duchy an Dinas 5 is a 5-mile mixed-terrain race held at The Duchy of Cornwall Nursery in Lostwithiel, Cornwall. The course is about 90% trail with over 1000 feet of elevation, delivering a challenging route that travels through the valley to Restormel Castle, loops around the castle and Restormel woods, then returns to the nursery and finishes at the Woodland Terrace Tepee. A new start location gives a quicker descent into the valley, adding to the scenic views from the castle and surrounding countryside.
