Druridge Bay Beach Trail Runs 2027
The event takes place at Druridge Bay Country Park on the Northumberland Coast. It is the sixth edition of a beach and trail running event that uses paths, trails and sections of the beach. The route is generally flat and runs along coastal terrain.
Two race distances are offered:
- 10 km for ages 15 and over
- Half marathon for ages 17 and over
The event is canicross friendly and allows one controlled dog per runner. Timing is provided with live chip timing through Timing Up North. All finishers receive an event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, and a snack and drink. An event T-shirt is available for purchase for £12.
Participants must pay for parking at the country park; payment can be made at on-site machines or via the PayByPhone app. Entry prices listed for the two distances are within the range of £28 to £32.
