Event Overview
The Druridge Bay Beach Trail Runs take place on the Northumberland Coast, marking the sixth year of this event in 2027. The course is situated within Druridge Bay Country Park and features a mix of terrains including internal paths, woodland trails, and the beach itself. The routes are described as flat and provide runners with coastal views throughout the race.
Participants can choose from two main distances:
- 10 km (available to runners aged 15 and over)
- Half Marathon (available to runners aged 17 and over)
Participant Information
The event is Canicross friendly, allowing one controlled dog per runner. All participants will have their times recorded via live chip-timing. Upon completing the course, finishers receive an event medal, various merchandise, and a snack and drink. There is also an option to purchase an event T-shirt during the registration process.
Location and Access
