Dragon Dash 5K
The Dragon Dash is an annual running and walking event held in Lake Orion, Michigan. The event utilizes a certified 5 km course that accommodates both runners and walkers. Participants follow an out and back route that starts and finishes at the Wildwood Amphitheater, located at 2700 Joslyn Ct.
The course primarily follows the Polly Ann Trail, heading north from the amphitheater toward the Lake Orion Community Schools Administration building before returning to the start line. This event serves as a fundraiser, with proceeds supporting Orion Area Youth Assistance and their various programs for local youth.

All participants receive an award upon crossing the finish line. Registration and runner check-in activities take place on-site at the Wildwood Amphitheater. The event is open to the public without specific qualification requirements, though registration fees increase for those signing up in person on the day of the race.
