Dracut Old Home Day 5K Run/Walk

Participants agree to a Release and Waiver of Liability that asks them to assume the risks associated with running or walking on public or private roadways. Purchasing a ticket online or by mail is treated as an equivalent of an ink-on-paper signature for the waiver, and the waiver notes that the signer is at least 18 years of age and competent to sign. A separate photo release grants the event permission to publish photographs and names in printed materials and on the event website without financial compensation.
