Dr. Ed Morgan/Kiwanis Grand Slam 4 Miler Run/Walk
The event is a four mile run and walk taking place on July 18, 2026 in Waterfront Park in Louisville, Kentucky. The day pairs the morning run or walk with a baseball game in the evening and is presented as part of the River City Races Run the 502 series.

- 4 Mile run and walk through Waterfront Park
- 4 Mile Virtual completed at a participant chosen location; virtual runners are not eligible for awards
Race entry includes a choice of short sleeve cotton blend shirt, short sleeve wicking tech shirt or a women's wicking tank, a finisher medal, post race breakfast, door prize drawings and team competition. Pre-registered participants are guaranteed a shirt on race day. Participants may select two shirts for an additional fee. A Family of Four registration option is available with a $10 saving on the combined fee.
Awards include Louisville Slugger baseball bats for top overall finishers and souvenir bats for other top finishers, plus awards for age group placings across multiple categories. Packet pickup is available at the back gate of Louisville Slugger Field and race day parking is available at Louisville Slugger Field; parking at that field is free while surrounding lots may charge. The event supports fundraising for organizations including Heuser Hearing and Language Academy and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana, and raising a specified amount for those organizations can cover the entry fee.
