Dr. Ed Morgan/Kiwanis Grand Slam 4 Miler Run/Walk 2026
The Dr. Ed Morgan/Kiwanis Grand Slam 4 Miler is scheduled for July 18, 2026 in Waterfront Park and surrounding areas of downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The event, in its 23rd year, pairs a four mile run or walk through Waterfront Park in the morning with a baseball game that evening.

Race entry includes a choice of a short sleeve cotton blend shirt, a short sleeve wicking tech shirt or a women's only wicking tank, a finisher medal, post race breakfast, door prize drawings, and team competition. A Family of Four registration option offers a $10 savings and requires creating a team entry.
A virtual option allows participants to complete the distance at a location of their choice; virtual packets are not mailed but may be picked up at packet pickup or on race morning by a friend. Virtual runners are not eligible for awards.
Awards include top overall male and female prizes presented as Louisville Slugger baseball bats, additional souvenir bats for second and third overall and for master and grandmaster winners, and awards for the top three male and female finishers across multiple age groups from youth through 80 and over.
Packet pickup is at the back gate to Louisville Slugger Field. Race day parking is available at Louisville Slugger Field, 501 E. Main St; parking at the field is free while surrounding lots may charge. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
