Richmond RUN-FEST, 12th and 13th September 2026

Richmond RUN-FEST takes place over two days in south west London. The weekend comprises four distance events, an expected field of about 7,000 runners, a music stage and a fitness expo.

Races start inside Kew Gardens. The half marathon and marathon finish in a music festival finish area in the heart of Richmond upon Thames.

As part of a 2012 Olympic legacy pledge, the event includes a series of kids and family mile races for over 1,000 children at Old Deer Park. The organisers describe the event as beginner friendly and locally organised in Richmond upon Thames.

The courses are clearly marked and measured and hold an England Athletics licence (Licence ID: 28982). The event is eligible for London Marathon Good for Age entry and for Boston Marathon qualification.

The event provides male and female cut technical T-shirts and chunky triangle medals. The weekend program lists multiple race options and family focused activities alongside the race village and expo.
