Race distances

- Standard Duathlon: 10 km run, 38 km bike (8 laps), 5 km run.
- Relay options: Super Sprint Relay, Sprint Relay, Standard Relay (teams of 2 or 3).

Course and event services
All courses are on road terrain and described as flat. Elevation figures are given per distance: 20 m (Super Sprint), 40 m (Sprint), 80 m (Standard). Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are allocated around the course. The event is chip timed.
Included with entry
