The venue has flat, scenic grounds that provide a totally flat bike and run course. The run course will be accurately marked with distance flags. Helpers will be present on both the run and bike courses to direct competitors and provide encouragement. The multi-lap layout creates multiple spectator points and a balcony cafe overlooks the transition area.
Participation requires membership of British Triathlon and a race licence. Competitors must either hold a Core or Ultimate annual membership or purchase a single use Race Pass when buying an event ticket. Free parking is available at the location.
