Heatwave Half Marathon/10K/5K and supporting events in Lansing
The event day in Lansing features multiple running options and a virtual alternative. Distances and formats include:

Race registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and a finisher medal for most distances. The 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon use chip-timing with live results and awards. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash are described as untimed; Kids Dash registrations include a youth-sized shirt and a specially crafted medal. Youth-based pricing is available: ages 12 and under are $17 for the 5K and 10K.
The virtual entry provides a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race and participants can upload times and photos starting on race day. Volunteer Then Run participants are asked to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup to assist before running.
