About the race
Time to Paddy 5K/10K & Lucky 13.1 takes place in Greater Chicago, IL on February 27, 2027. The event is St. Patrick themed and offers in-person and virtual participation options. Participants receive event apparel and race hardware across most options, including designer shirts, custom bibs, and finisher medals.
The event provides chip timing, live results, awards, free photos, a biggest team contest, and post-race food. A virtual option includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and mailed packet; virtual packets are shipped the Wednesday after the race and participants can upload times and photos on the event pages. There are multiple entry types and fees vary by event. Sample published fees include: Kid's Dash $17, 1 Mile $22, 5K $34, 10K $34, Half Marathon $56, Virtual Run $42, Volunteer and Run $17, and a Running Buddy Half Marathon with no fee for preapproved buddies.
Youth pricing for the 5K and 10K is $17 for ages 12 and under. Team registration includes a refund structure for team size: when five people register on a team each team member receives a $5 refund; when ten people register each team member receives a $10 refund. The volunteer option notes volunteers should arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup.
