Dolphin Dash 5K (2026)

The Dolphin Dash is an annual fundraising event at 885 Schumann Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23454. Proceeds from the event will go to Abby's Legacy Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports childhood cancer patients through research, care, and love. Registrations include a T-shirt designed by an Ocean Lakes student and a race bag.

Registration and payment are available online from March 2, 2026 through May 15, 2026. The advance registration fee is $35; the fee increases to $40 on race day and paper registration will be used for those entries. If inclement weather causes cancellation the event will not be rescheduled and refunds will not be issued. If the event is rescheduled for other reasons, door prizes will be distributed through a drawing.

Participants receive a door prize ticket at the finish and may purchase additional tickets for $1 each with proceeds going to Abby's Legacy Foundation. Door prizes, coupons, and food and drinks are available to participants. A short Mini Dash is offered for smaller children and covers a shorter length of track.
