Dog Days Of Summer 2026
Dog Days Of Summer takes place on 08/08/2026 at Dawson Park at Lake McIntosh, 1757 Harvard St., Longmont, CO 80501, USA. The main course is a 3.5 miles loop that circumnavigates Lake McIntosh. The course surface is half paved and half dirt and runs through areas with mountain views, farmlands, and aquatic wildlife.
An activity area gathers near the Dawson Neighborhood Park pirate ship playground and includes vendors, music, and games. The event also features a Kidz Dash of 1K. Dogs are encouraged to participate.
The event has a charitable partnership with the Longmont Humane Society. Registrations include an optional "Wag Wave" add-on that donates directly to the shelter, and a portion of event proceeds will be donated to support the humane society.
