Event overview
The DockHounds Dash & Easter Egg Hunt takes place on April 4, 2026 in Oconomowoc, WI at WBC Park. The event is produced and managed by Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC. Parking is available on site. Dogs are not permitted inside the stadium.
Distances and entry
- 5K Run
- 2 Mile Walk
- Kiddos 1/4 mile run (open to ages 1–12)
Kiddos aged 1–6 run a shorter distance; ages 7+ run a slightly longer distance. Children who participate receive a youth T-shirt and a finisher woodle. A child may join the 2 Mile Walk free if a parent is registered.
Course and packet pickup
The course starts and finishes at WBC Park. The route includes two laps around Pabst Farms Business Park and passes through Wisconsin Harley-Davidson, with a total elevation change of about 3 feet. Packet pickup is available on race day; participants must present the QR code from their emailed receipt for packet collection.
Awards, extras and partners
Top three male and female finishers in 5-year age groups receive custom medals. An awards ceremony is held; awards can be picked up later at Silver Circle’s headquarters. The event includes a Golden Ticket element for both kids and adults, hidden in eggs during the egg hunt. Every participant receives a finisher woodle made from recycled wood by Ridgeway Woodworks. The Silver Circle Foundation is the charity partner. Volunteers receive a free entry to a future race.
