Dizzy Daze
Dizzy Daze is an endurance running event held at Green Lake Park in Seattle, WA. The course uses the outer running loop around the lake and follows a counter-clockwise direction on a groomed dirt path. The loop distance is 3.2 miles.
Participants run repeated laps of the loop within timed formats. In the 12 hour format runners complete as many laps as they can within the 12 hour period and the competitor with the most laps in that period is the winner. A 5 hour option is also offered and begins at the same time as the 12 hour event. Both options use the same loop course.
