Dizzy Daze

Dizzy Daze is an endurance running event held at Green Lake Park in Seattle, WA. The event offers a 12 hour race and a 5 hour option that begin at the same time and use the same course.

The course follows the outer running loop around the lake. Runners travel counterclockwise on a groomed dirt path. The loop measures 3.2 miles, and participants run as many laps as they can within their chosen time limit. The overall winner in the 12 hour race is the runner who completes the most laps during the 12 hour period.
