Course and format
The course uses the outer running loop around Green Lake. The loop distance is 3.2 miles and runners travel counter-clockwise on a groomed dirt path. Participants run as many loops as they complete within their chosen time window. The 12-hour event is scored by total laps completed; the entrant with the most laps in the 12-hour timeframe is the winner.

The start, finish and aid station are located near the Bathhouse Theater at 7358 West Green Lake Dr. N., Seattle, WA 98115. Parking is available in the adjacent lot and along the road.
Entry and refund policy
For most races there are no refunds or bib transfers. A one-time deferral to the next year or credit toward another event within one year is allowed if the organizer is contacted before the event starts. If the event date is changed, refunds are offered until the original event date or for seven days after notification. If the event is cancelled outright, a refund or entry in the next year’s event is offered. Refunds may be reduced by payment processor fees.
