Dizzy Daze is an endurance running event held at Green Lake Park in Seattle, WA. The event uses the outer running loop around Green Lake. The course is described as pancake-flat and follows a groomed dirt path in a counter-clockwise direction. The loop distance is 3.2 mile.

The event offers timed formats in which participants run as many loops as they complete within the allotted time. Start, finish, and the aid station are located near the Bathhouse Theater at 7358 West Green Lake Dr. N. Parking is available in the adjacent lot and along the road.

The listed entry fee is $65, or $71.56 including the registration processor fee. Registration closes on March 27th. The organizer generally does not offer refunds or bib transfers, but allows a one-time deferral to the next year or credit toward another event within a year if contacted before the event starts. If an event date must change, refunds are offered until the originally scheduled date or seven days after participants are notified, whichever is later. In the case of an outright cancellation the organizer will offer either a refund or an entry in the next year’s event. Refunds may be reduced by processing fees where applicable.
