Dirty Feet Trail Run - Kamloops
The event takes place in Lac Du Bois Grasslands Park in North Kamloops and offers three course distances through grassland trails. The trails run on single track with some rocky sections and are surrounded by sagebrush. Runners can expect views of the Thompson River valley and the city of Kamloops, and wildlife such as birds and deer may be present along the routes. Off-trail areas can contain cactus, so participants are asked to stay on marked trails.

Parking is not available at the race site. Shuttle service operates from a designated pickup area on Windsor Avenue; participants should park along Windsor Avenue and use the shuttle to reach the start area. Registration is limited to 350 participants because of shuttle and parking capacity. Course markings use Dirty Feet flags and course maps may be updated if needed.
Aid stations and on-course support vary by distance: the 5 km has no on-course aid stations, the 10 km has one, and the 21 km has two; all aid stations and the start/finish area are stocked with water, an electrolyte drink, and snacks. Dirty Feet merchandise will be available at the race and optional participant medals can be purchased in advance or on event day. Top three in each category by gender receive awards and draw prizes require in-person pickup. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
