Dirty Feet Trail Run 1 : Lac Du Bois Grasslands Park, Kamloops

This event offers trail courses through Lac Du Bois Grasslands Park in North Kamloops, featuring desert-like terrain, single-track trails, rocky sections and sagebrush with views of the Thompson River valley and the city of Kamloops. Wildlife such as birds and deer may be seen along the course. The trails are marked with Dirty Feet flags.

Registration is limited to 350 participants because shuttles and parking capacity are restricted. There is no parking at the race site; participants are asked to park along Windsor Avenue and take the provided shuttle to the start. Shuttles return participants to their vehicles after the race.

Aid stations:

• 5 km: no aid stations on course; start/finish area stocked
• 10 km: one aid station on course
• 21 km: two aid stations on course

Race merchandise will be available at the event and accepts cash, debit and credit. Optional participant medals can be purchased in advance for $10 or for $15 on race day. Entry fees for early registration were listed as $45 for 5 km, $55 for 10 km and $70 for 21 km and include shuttle; fees increase later.
