Dirty Dog Trail Marathon and Half Marathon
The event takes place on June 13, 2026, in Boise, Idaho. It features trail running races on the Ridge to Rivers Trail System in the Boise foothills. The event marks its tenth year. The marathon and half marathon courses use a combination of single-track trails and dirt road sections.
Aid stations are available. For the Half Marathon, stations are at miles 4.5, 6.8, and 8.9. For the Marathon, stations are at miles 4.5, 6.8, 14.5, and 21.5. The first male and female runner to reach the top of the Hard Guy climb during the marathon will find a cash prize waiting for them. Registration includes the possibility of a race shirt, but shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after May 30, 2026. The event is based at the Military Reserve Flood Basin Dog Park.
