Dirty 30: Earn Your Cake

Every half mile participants encounter a 30 second challenge led by plush pacers. Challenges include short sprints, bodyweight exercises, playful surprises, and occasional birthday themed elements. Participants may modify or skip any challenge as needed.
Organizers provide pace groups guided by plush pacers so runners can move together at different speeds, including running, jogging, or walking intervals.
