Dirt, Sweat, and Dip
Dirt, Sweat, and Dip is scheduled for September 13, 2026, at Goleta Beach Park, Sandspit Road, Goleta, CA. The event gathers a limited group at the beach for a short run followed by sauna and ocean activities.
Attendees head out for a 5k route or any distance they choose. After the run there is access to a mobile barrel sauna, an opportunity to dip in the ocean, space to stretch, and light refreshments.
The event is limited to 100 people. Registration for the listed period shows a fee of $44.79 and the entry includes access to the experience plus a SIB towel.
