16th Annual Día de los Muertos Run
The Día de los Muertos 5K Run/Walk returns to San Antonio for its 16th annual edition. This athletic event takes place at McAllister Park, specifically utilizing the area around Pavilion #2. Participants have the opportunity to move through the park grounds in a community-focused environment that celebrates cultural traditions.
The event features a single distance for participants:

In keeping with the theme of the occasion, there is a costume contest held to recognize the best Día de los Muertos attire. Participants are encouraged to dress up for the event. Following the completion of the course, a Fiesta is held on-site for those in attendance. The event is organized by Huarache Turbo and serves as a gathering for runners and walkers in the San Antonio area.
