Dia de los Muertos 5k at Cheluna Brewing
The event is an untimed, Dia de los Muertos themed fun run presented by Colorado Brewery Running Series at Cheluna Brewing Company in Aurora on November 1, 2026. The route starts and ends at the brewery and is designed to showcase the surrounding neighborhood; volunteers and course markings will indicate the way. The distance is approximately 5k and participants may walk, jog, or run the course.
All finishers receive one free local craft brew at the finish line and may choose a collector’s pint glass or a seasonal swag item from the Brewery Running Series. The event includes live music, games, merchandise for sale, and prize opportunities such as Brewery Running Series items or beer to take home. There is an option to add a commemorative event shirt.
This is an open course with roads that will not be closed; participants are responsible for obeying traffic laws. Dogs and strollers are allowed on the course with care and caution. A valid ID is required to consume alcoholic beverages; underage participants receive a token for a non-alcoholic beverage. The event takes place rain or shine. There will not be a bag check. Public parking is available and public transit may be an option. Registration is limited by taproom capacity and events may sell out. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
