Dia de los Muertos 5k at Cheluna Brewing
This event is an untimed, approximately five-kilometer fun run that starts and ends at Cheluna Brewing at the Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, Colorado on November 1, 2026. The course is open to walkers, joggers, and runners and uses local streets and sidewalks; roads will not be closed and participants must obey traffic laws. The route is marked with arrows and supported by volunteers.
All participants receive one free craft brew at the finish line from the brewery and a choice of a collector’s pint glass or a seasonal swag item from the Colorado Brewery Running Series. There is also an option to add a Dia de los Muertos 5k shirt. Event activities include live music, games, merchandise sales, and prize drawings from event partners and sponsors. A portion of event proceeds supports local nonprofit organizations.
Event logistics note that registration is limited to the size of the taproom. The event operates rain or shine and will not provide a bag check. Participants must bring a valid ID to consume alcohol; those under 21 receive a token for a free non-alcoholic beverage. Dogs and strollers are allowed on course with care and caution.
