Boos & Brews Halloween 5k - Number Thirty Eight, Denver
Boos & Brews Halloween 5k is a Halloween themed, untimed 5k that starts and ends at the Number Thirty Eight taproom in Denver on October 31, 2026. The course is open to walkers, joggers, and runners and is an open course with roads that will not be closed; participants are required to obey traffic laws. The route is marked with arrows and supported by volunteers.
After the run participants may enjoy a choice of a Breckenridge Brewery craft beer or an Athletic Brewing nonalcoholic beer at the finish. All participants receive one free craft brew at the finish line and may choose either a collector’s pint glass or a seasonal Brewery Running Series swag item. Kids under 12 run for free, and registered underage participants receive a token for a nonalcoholic beverage. A portion of event proceeds supports local Colorado nonprofits.
The event includes a costume contest, trick-or-treating for children, and live music following the run with Wichita Run. Merchandise such as shirts, hoodies, hats, stickers, and drinkware will be available. Dogs and strollers are permitted on the course with care and caution. The event is scheduled rain or shine, there will not be a bag check, and public parking and transit options are available near the taproom. Registration is limited by taproom capacity.
