Deva Divas
Deva Divas is a women only sprint multisport event organised by Chester Triathlon Club and held on the Chester Meadows in the City of Chester. The 2027 edition is scheduled for Sunday 18 July 2027.
The event offers multiple race formats on shared courses:
- Triathlon: Swim 750 m, Bike 22 km, Run 5 km
- Quadrathlon: Swim 750 m, Kayak 4 km, Bike 22 km, Run 5 km
- Aquabike: Swim 750 m, Bike 22 km
- Duathlon: Run 2.5 km, Bike 22 km, Run 5 km
Entry limits are set per discipline: Triathlon 350 places, Quadrathlon 60, Aquabike 50 and Duathlon 50. Entry fees listed for 2027 are: Triathlon £85, Quadrathlon £90, Aquabike £70 and Duathlon £65. A British Triathlon Federation race pass fee applies unless the competitor holds valid BTF membership: £8 for entrants aged 25 and over, £2 for under 25.
Deva Divas has included training activities such as beginners seminars, training sessions and bike workshops. The Aquabike option is offered for athletes who cannot run. The 2027 programme adds a sprint duathlon to the multisport lineup. The event has received awards in past years, including British Triathlon Event of the Year (2009 and 2016) and North West Large Event of the Year in 2026.
