Deva Divas 2026
Deva Divas 2026 is a women-only short-distance triathlon organised by Chester Triathlon Club. The event takes place on 5 July 2026 at The Meadows, Lower Park Road, Chester CH4 7BB, UK.
The programme offers multiple entry types and race formats, including the standard triathlon, a youth category, a quadrathon option and an aqua bike option. Entry information shows eligibility from age 16, with a youth category listed for ages 16 to 19 and an entry option specifically for athletes aged 16 to 18 who are in full-time education. Entries close on 4 July 2026.
Participants must follow applicable competition rules, including British Triathlon rules. Competitors are responsible for using a roadworthy bicycle and helmets that meet British Triathlon Federation standards; the organiser applies a no helmet no race policy. Communications to participants are sent by email only.
The organiser publishes a refund and transfer policy. Refunds vary by timing of cancellation: up to eight weeks before the event the entry fee is refunded less £10; between eight and four weeks the fee is refunded less £15; less than four weeks and up to ten days before the event a £15 refund applies; less than ten days no refund is available. Transfers via the online entry system are possible until ten days before the event. Deferrals are accepted in limited cases up to two weeks before the event and pregnancy deferrals may be allowed for up to two years.
The event has previously received the British Triathlon "Event of the Year" award in 2009 and 2016, the only race to receive the award twice.
