Courses include both 5k and 10k distances; the routes run on accessible park paths with a variety of terrain and some uphill sections. There are no time limits, and chip timing is used for the races. All participants receive a finishers medal.
The organiser describes the event as open to all abilities and notes a friendly atmosphere on race day. A free children's 1km dash is provided as part of the programme. A canicross 5km entry option is also listed among the event offers.
Practical details in the event information include a range of entry prices and member entry options. The organiser states the courses are clearly signed and marshalled. The description also mentions the event takes place in winter and that conditions may vary with the weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
