Event overview

The BTR Liverpool Santa Dash is scheduled for 6 December 2026. It is organised by BTR Liverpool and is presented as a festive fun run that takes place on the streets of Liverpool. The event starts on the waterfront by the Liver Building.

Races and entry

The event includes the following distances:

5K main fun run
1K Mini Dash for children

The main 5K is a fun run with no age restriction. The entry fee for the main 5K is the same for all ages (£26) and there are no concession prices. The adult Santa suit is one size fits all. For younger entrants there are two suit sizes: ages 5-8 years and 9-14 years. Santa suits are not provided for children under 5 years.

The Mini Dash 1K is a separate children’s event for up to 12 years of age. Parents or guardians may run with their children without entering. Participants in the main 5K may also accompany their child around the Mini Dash course. All children taking part in the Mini Dash receive a separate medal.
