Derwent Reservoir Triathlons

The Derwent Reservoir Triathlons, scheduled for July 13, 2025, will feature both Sprint and Standard events, catering to athletes of all levels. Set in the scenic Derwent Waterside Park near Consett, participants will swim in the reservoir, cycle on quiet country lanes, and run on flat paths and trails. The Sprint Triathlon includes a 750m swim, 22km cycle, and 5km run, while the Standard Triathlon features a 1,500m swim, 20km cycle, and 10km run.
