About the race
The Demi-Marathon des Lacs is a running event held in Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc on Sunday 27 September 2026, with start and event activities at the Centre Communautaire de Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc, 520 Chemin Déziel. The course follows the Route des Lacs between Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc and St‑Élie‑de‑Caxton and uses both paved and unpaved trails in a natural setting featuring autumn colors, rolling terrain and several panoramic sections.

Practical information includes bib and shirt pickup at the community centre on Saturday 12 September 8:00 to 12:00, Saturday 26 September 12:00 to 17:00, and on race morning from 6:00. Participants must have their bib at least 30 minutes before their start and be ready at least 10 minutes before the start. No on site registration on race day.
Transfers and refunds follow these rules: no refunds, transfers allowed through the SportChrono platform with fees, and distance changes allowed through SportChrono with fees. Injured participants may defer to next year with a doctor note.
Additional notes: street parking near the centre and many spots within a ten minute walk, water points and toilets around the 5 km and 10 km marks, first aid services, live results on SportChrono, and medals and Dry Fit shirts available for purchase.
