La Chute du Diable : general information
La Chute du Diable takes place in Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc on September 5, 2026. The event offers multiple trail races with different course types and services depending on distance.

Finish lines are at the amphitheatre of the Parc récréoforestier de Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc. Main parking for several distances is at Carrière Forget; longer races use the Vallée-du-Parc ski area parking. Access to the amphitheatre and return trips are by free shuttles; there is no parking directly at the amphitheatre. Dogs are not allowed on shuttles and the walk between the quarry and the amphitheatre is 1.3 km without sidewalks. Accompanying persons cannot reach the start locations for the 35 km, 50 km and 75 km races by shuttle.
Course details: the 1 km is a loop with finish-only refreshment; elevation gains to be confirmed. The 10 km is a loop with about +350 m D+, finish refreshment only, and a GPX trace available. The 22 km shows about +1 000 m D+, a special course type (loop and out-and-back), 1 ITRA point, refreshment at the 12 km mark and at the finish, and a 6 hour limit. The 35 km, 50 km and 75 km are largely linear with increasing D+ (about +1 250 m, +1 550 m and +2 600 m), ITRA points, multiple aid stations, and poles permitted on the longer distances.
