Le Trail de Vallée du Parc
Le Trail de Vallée du Parc is a family oriented and inclusive trail running event held at the Vallée du Parc ski station in Shawinigan, Mauricie, on Saturday 27 June 2026. The station is the central point for starts and finishes and free parking is available on site.
The event offers four distances:
- 1 km : 26 m elevation gain, introduction, 12 years and under, walking allowed
- 5 km : 223 m elevation gain, 6 years and over, walking allowed
- 10 km : 389 m elevation gain, 16 years and over, race only
- 21 km : 778 m elevation gain, 18 years and over, race only, self sufficiency for water required
All courses are marked, secured and timed. Water points are available on all distances and aid stations are provided on the 5 km, 10 km and 21 km routes. Kilometre markers are in place and Strava routes will be provided in the runner guide.
On-site services include a snack for participants, changing rooms and toilets. There are male and female podiums with medals by age category for each distance except the 1 km where all participants receive a medal. No prize money is awarded. Registration deadline is stated as 25 June at midnight.
