Demi-marathon Sun Life at Parc Jean-Drapeau
The second edition of the Demi-marathon Sun Life takes place on October 25, 2026 at Parc Jean-Drapeau in Montreal. The event offers multiple distances, all officially chip-timed and trackable live via the Sportstats app.
The offered distances are:
- 21.1 km
- 10 km
- 5 km
- 1 km
Aid stations along the course provide water and Brix electrolytes, and toilets are available near some points. A secure bag drop is provided for personal belongings. Timing mats on the course supply split times; results and intermediate times are available in real time. Event photos will be published roughly 24 hours after the race.
Participants receive medals, with distinct medals awarded to the top three men and women in each age category for every distance. The technical shirt is included with registration until September 24, 2026, after which it is available for purchase; the shirt is not included with the 1 km distance. A post-race meal is offered to all participants and is distributed using race bibs.
Courses are adapted for autonomous participants, those with assistance, and wheelchair users. Pace leaders are provided on the 10 km and 5 km routes to help maintain target paces. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
