The Demi-Marathon Sun Life au parc Jean-Drapeau returns for its second edition in Montreal. The event is held at Espace 67, located on Chemin Macdonald, providing a natural setting featuring autumn colors just minutes away from downtown Montreal.
The event features various distances to accommodate different types of participants:
- 21.1 km
- 10 km (Hearts Throbbing race)
- 5 km (run)
- 5 km (walk)
- 1 km (reserved for children aged 12 and under)
The 5 km walk is managed as a specific discipline where running is not permitted. For the 1 km youth race, an adult may accompany a child during the run without a separate registration.
The event includes a charitable component, supporting the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation. Participants can contribute to this cause through fundraising or direct donations.
