The 49th Annual Holiday Run and Walk for Health takes place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Contra Loma Regional Park in Antioch, California (1200 Fredrickson Lane, Antioch, CA 94531). Organizers partnered with the Rotary Club of the Delta for this edition. The event features a revised course and distribution of medals.
Organizers include a schools challenge as part of the event. Prizes for schools are specified for top-performing teams from different school levels.

Entry fees for the 3 Mile and 1 Mile events are listed at $39.25 (includes a $4.25 fee). Age-based pricing is shown as $34.25 for ages 6-15, $39.25 for ages 16-59, and $34.25 for ages 60-99. The Kids Dash is free. Registration closes December 12, 2025. Medals will be awarded to the top five runners in every age category.
