RunThrough stages trail races around Delamere Forest, south-west of Manchester, with the assembly area at Delamere Forest, Forest Centre Car Park, Northwich CW8 2JD. The courses include sections that run deep into the forest, around Blakemere Moss, along the Sandstone Trail and up Old Pale Hill for panoramic views of the Cheshire countryside.

All routes are waymarked with trail flags and tags, A5 arrows and signage. Marshals are positioned at major junctions to guide competitors and provide on-course support. Organisers note that trail routes can be affected by weather, walkers and wildlife, and provide GPX files so participants can check the route and self-navigate if required.

The event features an event village with food and drink options and free finish-line items supplied by partners. The organiser reports recent research into runner priorities and highlights sustainability as a growing focus for the event programme.
