Event Details
The NorCal DEKA FIT Weekend is a functional fitness event held at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in downtown Sacramento, California. The event spans two days and consists of multiple competition formats.
Event Format
Day 1 features individual Age Group waves, a Ruck category, Elite heats, and 2-Person Team competitions. Day 2 includes 4-Person Team competitions and the DEKA FIT Ultra endurance event. A second Age Group wave is also offered on Day 2.
Course Description
The DEKA FIT course involves completing 10 functional fitness zones interspersed with a running distance totaling 5 km.
