Event Overview
The Define Your Glow event, organized by Califlow Runs, takes place on August 1, 2026, along the waterfront in Long Beach, California. The course consists of a flat out-and-back route on a paved beach path, starting at 5000 E Ocean Blvd. This event is open to runners and walkers, and is both stroller and dog friendly.
In addition to the in-person races, a virtual participation option is available for those who wish to complete their miles from any location. Participants in the virtual race receive their materials via mail, with shipping costs included in the registration fee.

Participant Amenities and Expo
All participants who complete their distance receive a finisher medal, free race photos, and a Define Your Glow decal. In-person runners and walkers also receive admission to the Healing Expo. This post-race gathering features various wellness vendors and recovery tools focused on physical and emotional well-being.
The event features professional chip timing for on-site participants, with awards provided for overall winners and specific age groups. Proceeds from the event support the restoration of a local community member’s home following significant flood damage, contributing to the continuation of local wellness and coaching efforts.
