Défi Entreprises 2027
Défi Entreprises is a workplace wellness program designed to increase participants’ physical activity. Over 15 years it has supported more than 200,000 people through a structured program.
The program runs for three months and provides training tools: training plans, exercise videos for home, and health advice. Participants log and track activity minutes on a web platform. Companies are ranked by average minutes per participant.
The event takes place in several locations across the province of Quebec and also offers a virtual option. A kit is sent to the participant’s home or workplace and includes a bib, a t‑shirt, and a medal.

- 45 minutes Zumba
- 45 minutes Yoga
- 45 minutes Cardio‑Strength
