About the race
Défi Entreprises 2027 is a workplace wellness challenge held across the Province of Québec with events listed for Québec, Montréal, Gatineau, Trois-Rivières and a virtual option; specific event dates are to be confirmed.
The program runs for three months and provides participants with training tools such as structured training programs, at‑home workout videos, and health advice. A web platform lets participants record and accumulate minutes of physical activity. Companies compete to achieve the highest number of minutes per participant across participating organizations.

- 10 km walk or run
- 45 minutes of Zumba
- 30 minutes of Yoga
