Decatur DeKalb 5K - July 18, 2026
The Decatur DeKalb 5K is the fourth event in the 2026 Grand Prix Series organized by Atlanta Track Club. The race starts and finishes at Decatur High School, 310 N McDonough St, Decatur, Ga 30030, and runs through City of Decatur neighborhoods. Registration will open in late May and this event is free for Atlanta Track Club members.

There is no on-site parking at Decatur High School. Participants are encouraged to use MARTA or public parking, including the Courthouse Deck, Artisan Deck, Decatur Court Garage, or legal street parking. Paid parking rules apply and the club is not responsible for parking fees or citations.
The course has a time limit of 1 hour and 15 minutes (approximately 25 minutes per mile). For safety and enjoyment, no pets or wheeled conveyances of any kind, including baby joggers, strollers, roller or inline skates, and bicycles, are permitted on the course. Headphones are strongly discouraged.
Timing uses a MYLAPS ThinTag adhered to the back of the race number; participants should not remove or bend the device and should ensure the bib is visible, unaltered, pinned in all corners, and not covered. Unofficial results are available immediately via the Atlanta Track Club Race Day App; results are made official about two weeks after the event.
