DCHalf : Washington, DC
DCHalf is a hometown running event on the streets of Washington, DC held in September. It is presented by the local run shop Pacers Running and includes both a half marathon and a 5K. The event focuses on community and the District’s running culture.

Both Half Marathon and 5K finishers receive a medal. Half Marathon finishers also receive a commemorative beach towel.
The course is described as one of the most scenic in the District and course maps are provided. Packet pickup and pre-race gear shopping take place at the DC Half House presented by Brooks at the 507 in Washington, DC on the Friday and Saturday before the race.
Registration for a recent edition is listed as sold out and a wait list is available. Results and event photos from past editions are published for participants and observers.
