DC SAFE 5k & Half
The event takes place on October 11, 2026, in Georgetown, Washington, DC, at 4940 Canal Rd NW. Runners follow the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path for both distances. The half marathon begins and ends in Georgetown near the Potomac Boat Club. The 5K begins and ends at Fletcher's Boat House.

The event also offers virtual participation options with choices that include a medal and/or a shirt. Walkers are welcome to attend.
