DC SAFE 5k & Half : Washington, DC
The event takes place on October 11, 2026, in Georgetown, Washington, DC, along the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path. Two in-person race distances are offered:
- 5K
- Half marathon
The half marathon begins and ends in Georgetown near the Potomac Boat Club. The 5K begins and ends at Fletcher's Boat House. Walkers are welcome to attend.
Virtual participation options are available with different fulfillment choices, including entries that include a medal and entries without a medal or shirt.
Entry fees vary by registration date. In-person 5K fees listed range from $39.10 to $49.82. Half marathon fees listed range from $76.61 to $87.32. Virtual options listed range from $12.32 to $33.75 depending on included items.
