About the race
The DC Fall Classic 5k & Half is a road and trail event held in Georgetown, Washington, DC, on October 4, 2026. The races follow the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path through the Georgetown area and use locations along the Potomac River.

- Half Marathon
The Half Marathon begins and ends in Georgetown near the Potomac Boat Club. The 5K begins and ends at Fletcher's Boathouse. Walkers are welcome to participate.
Registration is open from January 1 through October 4 and uses tiered pricing that increases closer to the event. In-person entry fees for the 5K and Half Marathon are listed with multiple pricing windows.
