Davis Moonlight Run
The Davis Moonlight Run is held in Davis, California. The event features four distances: a 10-mile run, a 10K, a 5K, and a 2K (approximately 1.25 miles). The event starts and finishes at 201 Cousteau Place.
All bib and t-shirt pick-up occurs on race night only. Cash payments are accepted on race day only. Youth pricing is available through the online registration system.
The entry fee includes a short sleeve t-shirt, a finisher medal, a commemorative bib, chip timing, eligibility for awards, and post-race refreshments. Participants can upgrade their t-shirt to a technical tank top or opt out of the shirt for a discount.
Awards are given for overall finishers and age groups. There are also special divisions for cancer survivors, local residents, college students, and an adaptive division for athletes with disabilities. Overall awards are based on gun time, while age group awards use net time.
The event has a volunteer program that includes opportunities to earn a race voucher for a future event. A fundraising program is also available for groups. The event supports Cancer Champions, a charity aiding cancer survivors. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
