Davis Labor Day Run
The Davis Labor Day Run is a community road race held in Central Park at the corner of 3rd and C Streets in Davis, California on Monday, September 7, 2026. The event offers in-person and virtual participation options and includes youth and adult distances.

Registration opens mid summer 2026. Entry includes a short sleeved race t shirt, a finisher medal, eligibility for overall and age group awards for timed distances, and post race refreshments. The kids fun run is not timed and does not receive awards. Overall awards will be presented to the top three finishers by gender in the 5K, 10K, and One Mile with overall placement based on gun time. Age group awards are determined by net time.
The course is routed largely on a bike path and participants are asked to keep slower runners to the right and allow faster runners to pass on the left. Pets are not permitted except for service animals. Entries are non refundable and not transferable to another event; transfers to another individual must follow the event registration platform procedures and published deadlines.
Volunteer opportunities include roles at registration, water stations, and course monitoring. A Race Voucher Program is available for certain volunteer tasks and groups of ten or more may participate in fundraising opportunities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
