California Brewers Festival - Presented by Point West Rotary
The California Brewers Festival is a one-day event at Discovery Park on September 12, 2026. The festival gathers Northern California craft beverage producers and local vendors for an organized tasting and community event. Guests can sample a variety of craft beer as well as wine, cider, sake, seltzers, kombucha, and other beverages.
The festival program includes food trucks, a Local Wares Marketplace, games and activities in a Fun Zone, live art and entertainment, and interactive experiences. Competitive and participatory features include the Beer Relay and the California Brewers Cup. Attendance has grown in recent years, with VIP tickets noted as selling out and strong community participation during the day.
Hosted by the Point West Rotary Club Foundation, the event directs proceeds to local charities. Since its founding, the festival has raised more than $1.95 million for local charitable programs, with a focus on supporting Sacramento area children’s charities. The festival was established in 1994 and originated in Old Sacramento before moving to its longtime home at Discovery Park.
