David Lloyd Hybrid Games
David Lloyd Hybrid Games takes place on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May 2026 at The Hybrid Training Co. Broadstreet RFU, 105 Rugby Road, Coventry, CV3 2AY. The event is held in partnership with Hybrid Training Co. and raises money for Birmingham Women's and Children’s Hospital.
The event is open to all and non David Lloyd members are welcome. Participants can enter as a Single on Saturday or as a Double on Sunday. Places are limited.
The race format alternates 1 km runs with a series of workout stations. Stations include a 1000 m Ski Erg, a 50 m sled push, a 50 m sled pull, 80 m burpee broad jumps, a 1000 m row, a 200 m farmer's carry, 100 m sandbag lunges and 100 wall balls. The event is chip timed and full results will be published online.
Sunday is organised as a family focused day with entertainment such as a children's bouncy castle, music and food and drink stalls. There are competition prizes for first place in each race and awards for the fastest in age categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
