Shakespeare Marathon
The Shakespeare Marathon & Half Marathon is a scenic, fast, and chip-timed road race held in Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare. The event features a flat course ideal for personal bests, with the half marathon consisting of one lap and the marathon two laps. The route passes through the town center, racecourse, Luddington, Welford-on-Avon, and the Stratford Greenway footpath, with the marathon extending through Long Marston before finishing at The Recreation Ground.
