Dash in the Dark Race 1
Dash in the Dark Race 1 is a forest running event held at Llandegla Forest Visitor Centre, Ruthin Road, Llandegla, Wrexham, LL11 3AA. The course distance is 6.4 km (4 mi) with a climb of 229 m (751 ft).
Course marking is reported as partially marked. A safety briefing takes place before the start. The event specifies compulsory kit: a whistle, waterproof top, hat, gloves and a headtorch with a minimum of two hours good lighting. The minimum age for participants is over 16.
