D.A.S.H In Life 5K : Merritt Island, Florida
St. Francis Hospice presents the D.A.S.H In Life 5K on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the Brevard Veterans Memorial Center in Merritt Island, Florida. The event benefits St. Francis Hospice and is organized to honor Veterans with Devotion, Admiration, Service and Honor. Participants and teams may run or walk in honor or memory of a Veteran.
The event offers both an in-person 5K at the memorial center and a virtual 5K option. Activities described include running, walking, marching, skipping and a spirit run. The event is open to all ages. Service animals are the only pets permitted on site. Strollers are welcome and are asked to line up behind the runners.
Registration for the event opens on May 15, 2026, and closes on November 6, 2026. The registration fee is $30. Veterans who wish to be included in the post-race pinning ceremony should indicate their status during registration.
