Dash 4 Dignity 5K - April 18, 2026

The Dash 4 Dignity 5K is a chip-timed race that supports City of Refuge Baltimore’s Anti-Human Trafficking initiative. The initiative focuses on ending modern-day slavery, restoring dignity to survivors, and providing resources for healing and empowerment.

The event offers an in-person 5K and a virtual race option. Registered runners receive an event shirt; shirts are guaranteed for those registered before April 8, with extra shirts available afterward on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for the 5K is $35 until March 31 and $40 thereafter.

Race services include one water station on the course at approximately mile 1.55 and portajohns near the start and finish area. Live race results will be posted on Athlinks and via a QR code at the event; final results with series points will be posted on the organizer’s website on the Monday following the race. Medal and T-shirt designs are shared publicly before the event.

Awards are given to the top three men and women overall and to first and second place in standard age categories; overall top three finishers are not eligible for age-group awards. Packet pickup is available at the event. The event counts toward the Year-Long 5K and Back of the Pack Series as well as the Spring Series. Refunds are not allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
