Dash 4 Dignity 5K
The Dash 4 Dignity 5K takes place on July 18, 2026 in Baltimore at 3501 7th Street, MD 21225. The event supports City of Refuge Baltimore and its Anti Human Trafficking initiative, which works to end modern day slavery, restore dignity to survivors, and provide resources for healing and empowerment.

Virtual participants have their T shirt and swag bag mailed to them. A Sponsor A Runner option covers the cost of registration for a survivor, and the Sponsor A Runner plus Gear option includes registration, race participation, and a brand new pair of running shoes for a survivor.

Some sponsor levels list a set number of registrants and include benefits such as logo and branding placement in promotional materials, a logo link on City of Refuge Baltimore's website, volunteer internship or mentorship opportunities, targeted publicity through social media channels, and use of workforce hub meeting space.
