Endless Summer 6-Hour Run - July 19, 2025
The Endless Summer 6-Hour Run is an endurance event held at Greenbury Point Nature Center in Annapolis, MD. The event uses a modified 2.50-mile loop that includes a section onto Possum Point and offers views of the Chesapeake Bay and Bay Bridge. This course configuration removes the previously associated certified marathon course.
Distances:
- 6-hour Solo
- 6-hour Relay (teams of three)
The event benefits the Semper Fi Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization; a portion of the race entry fee is allocated to that fund. The event base is the Greenbury Point pavilion. Organizers ask participants to bring their own water bottle or hydration pack because cups at the aid station are limited.
There is a single aid station at the start area; the looped course returns to this aid station on each circuit. Parking uses the GPS address 265 Bullard Blvd, Harwood, MD 21402; participants are asked to follow parking attendants and not to park without attendants' direction due to Navy parking requirements.
Awards are given to overall solo runners (Male, Female, Masters), overall relay teams (Male, Female, Mixed), and the top Male and Female in 10-year age groups from 29 & Under through 60 & Up for the greatest distance covered within the time limit. Medals are provided to all participants. The event premium is a sport duffel bag bearing the event logo; a production cutoff is TBD. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
