Dartmoor Prison Break

The Dartmoor Prison Break is a unique endurance event held at HMP Dartmoor, where participants aim to escape on foot and cover the greatest distance "as the crow flies" within a set time. Runners choose their own routes, restricted to public rights of way, while avoiding wardens who attempt to catch them. The event offers three categories based on duration: 6-hour Absconder, 12-hour Delinquent, and 24-hour Felon, all for participants aged 18 and over.
