Event overview
Dark & Dirty is a night trail run taking place on July 11, 2026 at Batawa Ski Hill, Ski Club Lane, Batawa, Ontario, Canada. Two distances are offered:
- 7 km
- 14 km
Registration fees are listed at $67.60 for each distance.
Course and logistics
The course follows marked trails with rocks, roots, stumps and hills. Headlamps, flashlights or waistlamps are mandatory. For safety, headphones are not allowed. Runners will be manually timed and must wear bibs visibly on the front. Custom first place medals will be awarded to the top male and female in both distances, and race medals will be provided to all participants.
Aid on course includes water and Tailwind. At the halfway point for the 14 km distance there will be watermelon, chips and freezies. A porta potty will be available at the start/finish area. Bib pick up is available on race night at 7:00 pm. Race t-shirts are produced for registrations completed before June 21st. No refunds or deferrals are permitted; distance changes can be requested by email before race day, but no changes will be made on race day.
