Dark & Dirty - Night Trail Run
Dark & Dirty takes place on the trails at Batawa Ski Hill in Batawa, ON, Canada. The event features night trail running with two marked course options that begin after sunset.
Offered distances:
- 7 km
- 14 km
Runners will encounter rocks, roots, stumps and hills on natural trails. Trails are well marked. Headlamps, flashlights or waistlamps are mandatory. For safety, headphones are not allowed.
Aid stations will provide water and Tailwind. For 14 km participants there will be water, Tailwind, watermelon, chips and freezies at the halfway point. The event is cupless; participants should bring their own water bottles.
Bib pick up will be available on race night. Timing is manual. Bibs must be clearly visible and worn on the front. Custom medals will be awarded to the first place male and female in each distance. All participants will receive a race medal.
No refunds or deferrals will be issued. Changes to distance will not be made on race day. Portable toilets will be available at the start and finish. Race t-shirts will be produced for those registered before June 21. Registration fees are listed for each distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
